Could we pull it off?
My best friends Diane Chia and Jesrina Arshad hosted a special event in early 2026 for women in their 30s and 40s understanding nutrition, hormones, fertility and building muscle.
I told them that I would love to be a part of it and we combined forces to create Malaysia's largest women's wellness festival. We had ambition to bring in over 500 women to our event where we would further expand the idea of wellness through various aspects: physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual.
We covered all grounds and put together various zones for people to explore throughout. We had a marketplace, a recharge lounge and 3 rooms of programming from expert talks to heartfelt workshops.
...and yes. We pulled it off! It was a success!
