I went to check out A|X’s 20th Anniversary Party at new hotspot KL Live (at Life Center) after a job I hosted a couple weeks ago. It was jam packed and I got to see a few familiar faces. They were serving yummy snacks including jellybeans and cakes. Plus a good serving of half-naked men for the party patrons to feast as eye candy.
This was also the first appearance as an entity with my business partner Peter Chin who will be representing me for Asia. Very excited for this new collaboration and we’re already hitting the ground running!
We had a preview of the winter collection and their A|X girl really sounds like me – She’s style savvy and street-smart – she lives life to the full and is always ready for the next adventure. Her transit style is delicate and tough – a beautiful balance of unrestrained cutting-edge elegance.
I had a great time but it was cut short as I had to shuffle my way to my next appointment. Missed my ol’ pal HG but did run into newlywed Yasmin Hani, Atilia, Gillian Hung, plus designer Syomir Izwa. 🙂
