Everything in Moderation

Dentyne Splash
Here’s a picture of me at the Dentyne Splash Water Futsal Tournament!
So I guess I’ve been on this detoxing rampage and still waiting on my Juvanex from Tan – cuz he offered to help me detoxify. Even my dad says I’m toxic 🙁 Anyways, for the past few days, I’ve really been cutting down on my carbs. I don’t necessarily feel too energized because last nite I slept at 11pm and woke up at 8am. At least i can tell myself that it’s possible to have a normal sleep pattern.
My skin has truly been suffering from the lack of sleep, stress-induced, dehydrated (alcohol lovin) lifestyle. I’ve enlisted a manager to work with me through some of the deals I normally would handle on my own and that’s taken a huge weight off my shoulders. I’m also looking to venture through some other brands if things go well *crossing fingers*!
Although I had chee cheong fun this morning, I ate mostly fishballs and I had a huge Vietnamese Chicken Salad at my lunch meeting today.  I got a facial and let the facial therapist extract for almost an hour. Now my face hurts and i’m trying to drink water to hydrate myself and lef it rest. For dinner I had chicken again with half a bowl of rice. So in terms of healthy eating at least i’m making an effort.  Its 10pm already and I’m rubbing my eyes while yawning… I’m obviously prepping for a stricter lifestyle for myself but not over-doing it. Its about moderation, trying not to go out late on weeknights and maintaining a healthy workout from time to time. I havent hit the gym in a while but I think I’m opting to shed a few more pounds before I tone up again (thank God for working out tons the year before).
