My Saving Grace

By admin

IMG_1013

I know I’ve been blogging about working non-stop.

I had a staggering 4 meetings yesterday on my only day off before Raya. Another relatively call time and bad news sent me to a bad mood until I remembered that Josh had delivered some durian tarts waiting for me when I got home. The minute I got back I rushed to my fridge to stuff my face with these goodies.

SOOOO WORTH IT! I’ve never had a durian tart before..and it exceeded beyond my expectations.

Props to Michie and Joshie for thinking of my Durian-delights!

I’m currently working on my OWN show, that’s right I’ll be the face of my own show and trying to work out the details with the proposal and etc. I guess giving myself a year to do that means I’m ahead of schedule, now, if I could only sort out the 5 magazine covers I plan to be on by the end of the year! When I’m faced with a challenge or a set back, I set a higher goal for myself. Yesterday, I had an opportunity thrown at me for a Jack Neo film. Unfortunately, in a day things fell apart and now I’m sticking back to Plans A & B. I’m afraid of the jobs that I’ll be getting and not getting come October.

I thought Puasa was supposed to be slow but instead, I’ve been riding on less than a few hours of sleep each night, trying to accomodate everyone else’s sched and be professional. Undoubtedly,  I will still say that working with everyone so far has been awesome. I couldn’t ask God for a better life than the one i have now. 🙂
