So I finally managed to get a taste of the music scene in Malaysia via coverage with GUA. I must say, we’ve must’ve got enough going on here to bring in big acts like N.E.R.D. who are one of the international acts that will be performing at the Sunburst Festival (www.sunburstkl.com.my) There are a whole lotta local acts from Indonesia and Malaysia who will be playing at the 12-hour continuous music festival.
Tickets are on sale at Axcess Tickets online or phone – i’m not really promoting it so I’d say google and click on their webby for more info! The concert producers will be announcing their final headliner which many people will be anticipating Coldplay! I think this music festival is perfect for a city like KL with an arts and music community growing! I myself have found myself singing and humming to local acts like Estrella’s Stay or even rocking to Joe Flizzow’s #1 song: Do It, Duit! I’m glad I can support us local KL-ites!
