Workout in Progress

By admin

It all started when I was trying to look hot for my Rikku/Final Fantasy outfit for Halloween 2007. (And I secretly wanted my body to mirror Edyta Sliwinska from Dancing with the Stars)
I decided I would actually work out and look half decent in a midriff top. Since then, I’ve been working out regularly and through exercise I have really shed some inches – not pounds bc muscle is denser than fat.  I don’t take pills that promise you the world, nor do I encourage anyone to take them. The closest is probably Juvanex which is a light detox that helps clean out the toxins from your system.
I eat boxes and boxes of cut fruit and indulge in my cravings on weekends. I’m trying to work out running outdoors since it was incredibly challenging the first time. I know its not a lot of kms to some people, but I hope I can run at least 10km each week and increase my endurance and stamina. I’m not too much of a yoga person but its cuz I go to the gym at my own time. Thats probably the next step cuz nothing is worse than getting muscular. LOL. I need to lengthen and stretch those muscles, not bulk up like a guy.
If you’re trying to lose those extra kgs or fit into a dress, I suggest you consider altering your diet and staying away from heavy carbs at night. Everything in moderation is key. I was following The Natural Makeover Diet with k-dog in Toronto and it was absolutely amazing and completely do-able.
Everything is still a WIP, but I can’t believe most of my belly is gone. Hopefully I can lose the last roll and the back fat. LOL!
