After two weeks of filming/shooting/prepping/working, I’m finally wrapped!! 🙂
For every city I live in, there’s always a nickname for me. Without a doubt, I’m KL’s favourite Ah Lian and Toronto/Vancouver’s lil’ mui. As for Hong Kong, it looks like they’ve adopted me as Ting Ting (derived from my Chinese name). I’m starting to get used to it, and soon it will be plastered on promos and marketing campaigns – just a word of warning! But then again, Lala, rarah, Sawah and just plain ol’ Sarah works just the same.
I’ve been carefully nursing my gazillion mosquito bites/ sandflea bites from the shoot locations and every other second I have to stop myself from scratching. Hopefully my return to Vancouver for the next few days will help alleviate some of the unnecessary itch. I’m feeling good about this year and I’ve managed to meet a crap load of people in HK that will help out big time.
But to celebrate, I finally went out for the first time since being in HK for the past month. I had loads of fun and now I’ve promised not to wear heels for another few weeks cuz my toes are in pain! All well worth it! 🙂
