Just before flying out for my big Asia trip, I was able to reconnect with my fellow Ryerson Fashion Alumni Monica Mei. I attended her Soft Launch of her bricks-n-mortar boutique during Toronto’s Fashion Night Out and was a huge supporter of her new collection!
After a speedy discussion over Twitter, we locked in a date and managed to shoot a few pieces from her new seasonless collection of dresses and jackets. I’m loving all the pictures and I’m posting a few of the outtakes, you can take a look at some of the awesome digs on the official website – AIME LUXURYÂ or get updates on their promotions via her FB page – Project Aime.
The Aime contemporary collection is inspired by the needs and wants of the modern woman – to be effortlessly chic and comfortable! Transcending trends and time, the Aime contemporary collection aims to create pieces that are seasonless and timeless, yet full of comfort and elegance.
