Its Day 1 in HK because my technical Day 1 was yesterday where I slept for 6 hours in the afternoon. I had an uber early flight and just opted not to sleep. Therefore I am jetlagged, and its not even a different time zone.

I got to catch up with my big brudder Nelly belly who is in HK til he stops by TW before embarking his journey in KL. Guess there will be another Lian invading the space with our Vancouverness. We had a lot of laughs, including our dinner that was a pseudo-blind date. I think it turned out better than I had expected bc everyone was trying to hype this up. I was incredibly nervous but so thankful that my brudder was sitting beside me.
Ahahah, good conversation and good company came out of that dinner and I’d probably do it again, so at least there wasn’t anything bad about it. Phew!
I’m a little exhausted from packing and unpacking, walking and doing errands around town. I even got lost tonight. Bah… sorry its a short post, but just wanted everyone back home to know that I’m safe and sound and will enjoy my months in HK.
